February 16 & 17 Computer Lab Activities

Hello everyone, today you will be receiving a grade based on how well you follow directions.

Please read the entire post first.

Follow all directions carefully.

You may work with a partner.

Start by taking out and heading two sheets of paper.

Go to the Math Links Section and Click on the MathTV link. It will take you to a page that looks like this:




Click on the Math Playground button that will take you to this page.






  • Click on the Manipulatives button and then the Prime Factorization button to get to the page that looks like this:

  • Determine the GCF and the LCM five different sets of numbers. Record the factor trees, Venn diagrams and answers for all five on a separate sheet of paper.
Go back to the MathTV home site.



Click on the Math TV button.

  • Watch and solve the Fractions, Ratios, and Algebra problems. Remember to complete and show your work on your separate piece of paper.
  • Answer the poll question at the bottom of the page.
  • Turn in your completed assignment before leaving class.
